Return Policy

As a small business owner with me, myself and I (lol), please allow up to 3 weeks after you place your order for it to arrive to your hale. Please keep in mind that due to being a small business just starting out, that we are not allowing any returns or exchanges at this time. However, if your product arrived with any loose chains, etc, please email us and we will of course figure something out. We hope you can understand and give us grace and just know that we truly value you as a customer.

BREAKAGE

I am happy to fix clasps and/or loose chains for a small starting fee of $5. Please note, you will be responsible for shipping the item to me as well as providing a prepaid shipping label for me to return the item back to you.
